Implementing A Diet which prevents migraine.

The persons, who have faced migraine headache, will definitely tell that there is no pain like the migraine. It can last for an hour or result in even days of incapacitation. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, noise, and smell are some of the symptoms of migraine.  The reasons for migraine are different from person to person.  Both red wine and caffeine are serious offenders when it comes to the matter of migraine headaches.  Chemical additives found in a variety of foods may also be a major cause. Other food products and groups which can result in migraines are dairy, nuts, chocolate, processed meat and alcohol.

Every food produce will not trigger a migraine headache. It will differ from one individual to another. It is a good practice if a migraine sufferer keeps a log of the migraine and determines the details surrounding the episode. This way they patient will be able to determine the specific food items which trigger migraine in their case.
There are a number of treatments available for migraine once an attack takes place. However a diet which prevents the occurrence of migraine is important as a first line of defense.
