Headaches is one thing that just everyone has had at

simplest one- relaxation. This can be done by going for aromatherapy, 
wherein scented oils are used for massage. Listen to some nice and soft 
music, as this will relax your mind. And if you are doing some hectic 
work, try to have a small refreshing break. Try meditation and yoga to 
get positive vibes flowing in your body. 
 You can even try some 
hot/cold pack therapy to cure headache. Chamomile and peppermint tea can 
also have a soothing effect and induce a good sleep, which always works

as dietary changes work. Take 6-8 hours of sleep but don't oversleep.
